Construction to start on $66M Pinnacle Apartments in Virginia Beach, VA
The Breeden Company, the nationally recognized Virginia Beach-based real estate development firm, announced today that construction is underway on The Pinnacle on 31st Street, a $66 million multifamily project at the Oceanfront area of Virginia Beach. Breeden Construction will serve as general contractor on the project. The Breeden Company’s Property Management division will manage the asset once construction is complete. The project is located in the ARTERY corridor at 31st Street.

The Pinnacle on 31st Street will offer 240 one, two, and three-bedroom luxury apartments including several penthouse layouts. The single building is set on 2.264 acres. Units range in size from 775 square feet to 1,391 square feet and will be available in early 2023.
Amenities include a clubhouse with a resort-style lobby, co-working spaces, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, multiple rooftop lounges and rooftop dog park, and pool with lazy river and multiple lounge areas.
With a project of this caliber there was only one suitable name, “The Pinnacle.”
