Project Features:

• Construction of 4-story garden apartment buildings with elevators. Three apartment buildings in total.
• Over 8,000 sq. ft. of amenity space being developed including clubhouse, pool and fitness center.
• Unit mix of one, two, and three bedroom floorplans. Interiors include 9' ceilings, granite countertops and wood-style floors.
• Park and dog walk are the added amenities for this phase.
• Six more garage buildings added for a total of 29 garages.
• Exterior includes a combination of hardi siding and brick veneer.
