Project Features:
- The project is the first phase of a 3-phase redevelopment of the existing Pecan Acres Estates property.
- Phase 1 will include landscaping, site street and utility improvements and 50 new townhouse and garden-style 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units in 5 buildings. All units will front on a public street with parking accessed from private rear alleys.
- Phase 1 will also include a Community Center with a community meeting room and leasing offices.
- The exterior of the building will be a combination of consists of brick veneer, cementious hardie siding and aluminum patio railings.
- Structure consists of post tension slabs.
